Barbara Ann Crain, 85, of Pembroke, departed this life Friday evening, January 25, 2019 in the care of Heritage Hall in Blacksburg. Born in the Hollins area of Botetourt County on July 9, 1933, she was a daughter of the late John and Lilly Ellen Reedy Christian. She had been employed in food service and production work at RAAP and AT&T. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Crain.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter and son-in-law Coretta Faye and Vester Fisher of Hoges Chapel Community, Pembroke; her grandson Travis Fisher; her great grandson Travis Lee Fisher, Jr. "TJ"; and all her friends from work and along lifes way.

Her family would like to thank all the nurses and staff at Heritage Hall Blacksburg and Carilion Hospice for their care during her illness. At her request there will be no services.
