Barbara Lee Croy, 76 formerly of Pembroke departed this life Saturday Morning, January 25, 2020 in the care of Heritage Hall-Rich Creek. Born in Pearisburg, VA on May 7, 1943,she was the daughter of James and Gladys Tabor Hudson. She was a member of Riverview Baptist Church and the Fighters Group. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and a brother Jerry Hudson.

She leaves to cherish her memory a son Robert Alvin Lawson and Sharon of Pembroke, daughters Tammy Eaton (Jimmy) of Roanoke, and June Jones (Terry) of Pembroke, a sister-in-law Jane Hudson of Maryland, grandchildren Jamie, Mario, Kevin, Damien, Hunter, Billy, Matthew, and Jessica, and great-grandchildren Jayda, Jakoda, and Sybill.

There will be a funeral service in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel 605 Snidow Street Pembroke, VA on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Shahn Wilburn officiating. A graveside service will follow in the Anderson-Mountain View Cemetery in Pearisburg, VA. Family will receive friends at the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. The Kendall Funeral Home in Pembroke is in charge of the arrangements.
