BEATRICE ANN WARNER, 74, of Croft Road, Pembroke, departed this life Tuesday morning, February 16, 2016 at her home in the care of her family and hospice. Born and raised in the coal fields of Virginia and West Virginia on May 15, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Henry Lambert and Ruth Young Lambert Collins and step-daughter of the late Al Collins. She had been employed as an LPN in home health care. She was preceded in death by her husband Douglas Warner.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son Douglas Henry Warner of Pembroke; her daughter and son-in-law Tammie and Keith Butler of Shawsville; her grandchildren Jaimi Kell, Megan Kell, and Harley Dawn Warner; and her great grandchild Lucas Puckett.
