Bonnie Sue Martin Robertson, age 83, of Hiwassee, Virginia, passed away on September 12, 2026. She was born on December 15, 1942, in Virginia, and she lived a life marked by devotion to her family, her faith, and the simple joys that brought her happiness each day.

Bonnie was a Christian woman whose life reflected kindness, strength, and steady love. She was known for her warm heart, her gentle spirit, and the care she gave to those around her. Family meant everything to her, and she found her greatest joy in the time she spent with the people she loved most. She especially treasured being surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and she took great pride in each one of them.

Bonnie worked as a custodian with Pulaski County Schools, where she was respected for her dependable nature and strong work ethic. In her leisure time, Bonnie enjoyed shopping, fishing, and cooking. She especially loved making biscuits, a skill that became part of the comfort and warmth she shared with others. She also enjoyed the outdoors, where she found peace and pleasure in the beauty of creation. These simple interests reflected the contentment she found in everyday life and the happiness she drew from being with her family.

Bonnie is survived by her son, Freddie Robertson and his wife Tammy; her daughters, Tammi Wallace and her husband Billy, and Felicia Jones; her grandchildren, Jocelyn Underwood, Tanner Robertson, Rebecca Stephens, Matthew Stephens, and Haley Stephens; and her great-grandchildren, Autumn Capitao, Nehemiah Cobbs, Elliana Billings, Noah Billings, Jordan Stephens, Rhett Robertson, Rowan Robertson, Onyx Stephens, Evelyn Stephens, and Damian Stephens.

She is also survived by her brothers, Jimmy Martin and his wife Dolly, and Kermit Martin; and her brother-in-law, Buster Perkins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Martin and Maudie Mae Neice Martin; her husband, Felix Clifton Robertson, known lovingly as Skeeter; her brothers, Curtis Martin and Junior Martin; and her sisters, Juanita Lovern, Marie Snider, Linda Perkins, Agatha Sanders, Lila Neice, Gladys Shaver, and Hettie Sue Merrix.
