Caroline Mills Seal, 57, of Rocky Mount and formerly of Giles and Monroe Counties, departed this life Thursday afternoon, November 3, 2016 in the care of Rocky Mount Rehabilitation and Health Care. Born on November 29, 1957, she was a daughter of the late Charlie Edward (Sonny) and Virginia Morris Mills of Monroe County. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Michael Lee Mills and her husband Charles Bishop. She was for a time employed as a Nurses Aide and was raised in the teachings of the Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by her son Charles Bishop of Pocahontas; her brother The Rev. Johnny Mills of Ronceverte, WV; her sister Willodean Harman of Princeton and many cousins and friends.
