Clayton Allen Rice, 65 of Pembroke, VA departed this life October 30, 2022 in the care of Carilion New River Valley Medical Center.  Born in Montgomery County, Virginia on November 7, 1956 he was a son of the late Clarence Rice and Lucy Kessinger Martin.

For over 30 years Clayton served as a machinist for MOOG and took pride in the work he did.  Clayton also enjoyed the memories he would make as he rode his Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

Left to cherish his memory to their hearts are his daughter, Lori Washington (William); grandchildren, McKenna and Korey; and sister, Wanda Brickey of Newport, VA.

There will be a funeral service conducted on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 2:00 in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eddie Kendall officiating.  The family will receive friends at Kendall Funeral Home on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
