Clifford Herbert Conner, 83, of Pembroke and Narrows departed this life Wednesday, July 5, 2017 in the care of Carilion New River Valley Medical Center at Radford. Born on November 28, 1933in Giles County, he was a son of the late Henry Herbert and Eresha Burton Conner. He was a veteran of the U S Army and was employed as a carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Woody and Tommy.

He is survived by his twin daughters Patsy Relinda Conner of Pembroke and Iva Relonna Conner of Narrows; his six grandchildren; his four great-grandchildren; his brothers Frank, Arvin, Sidney Allen, and James Robert Conner; his sisters Donney Conner, Bonnie Conner, Patsy Rogers, and Iva Waldron.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 pm in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St. Pembroke. The family will receive friends one hour before the services. . Online condolences may be sent by visiting kendallfuneralhome.com.
