David Griffith, 53, of Peterstown, WV died Tuesday, August 17, 2010 in Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, WV. Born in Pearisburg on May 7, 1957 he was a son of the late Edd Junior and Greta Louise Fitzgerald Griffith. He had been employed as a carpenter. David was preceded in death by his parents and his older brother "Buddy" Griffith.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Kelle Andrews Griffith; his son James White of Texas; his daughters Charlotte Griffith of Louisanna and Barbara White of Tennessee; his sisters Linda Dillon of Union, WV, Barbara Whittaker of Pulaski, Carolyn "Scout" of Pulaski; and a special friend like a daughter Paige Persinger of Peterstown, WV.
