Obituary

Debra Katrina Williams, age 71, of Pearisburg, Virginia, passed away on November 3, 2026. She was born on August 9, 1955, in Montgomery County, Virginia, and lived a life marked by devotion and a deep love for the people and places that meant the most to her.

Debra was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose presence brought comfort and warmth to those around her. She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Adkins Towns (Chris); her beloved grandchildren, Dustin Towns and Dalton Towns; her brother, Richard Williams; and her sister, Caroline Wallace. She also leaves behind nephews, Brandon Williams and his wife, Jennifer, and Christopher Wallace and his wife, Judy; and nieces, Lindsey Ramey and her husband, Nathan, Rhonda Custer and her husband, Randy, and Lynn Montgomery. Debra cherished her family dearly and found great joy in the many moments they shared together.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Williams and Clair M. Lafon, as well as her sister, Sandra Montgomery. Their memory remained close to her heart throughout her life.

Debra worked in production at Celco, where she was known for her steady work ethic and dependable nature. She took pride in doing her job well and valued the friendships and connections she made along the way. Outside of work, Debra found happiness in the simple pleasures that made life meaningful. She loved spending time at the beach, where she could enjoy the beauty and peace of the water. She also enjoyed crafting, a pastime that allowed her to express her creativity and create with her hands. Above all, she treasured visiting with family and friends, and she especially enjoyed time spent in the company of those she loved.
