Deloris Ann Price "Sissy", 63, of Hoges Chapel near Pembroke, departed this life Sunday morning December 7, 2008 at Montgomery Regional Hospital in Blacksburg. Born in Giles County on April 24, 1945 she was a daughter of the late Elmer Cephas and Beulah Gaye Meredith Martin. She was retired from the Celanese Plant at Narrows and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pearisburg, and a graduate of Giles High School, Class of 1964. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Billy Joe Martin.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son Kevin H. Price of Pearisburg; a step-son Ozzie Price of Staunton; a step-daughter Cindy Price Cipriani of Rich Creek; a sister-in-law

Eloise C. Martin and family of Pembroke; a brother and sister-in-law Gene and Phyllis Martin of Richmond; several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and two beloved grand-dogs Sweet and Tessa.

Memorial services will be conducted Wednesday, at 7:30 PM, in the Kendall Funeral Home at 605 Snidow St. in Pembroke. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:30 until 7:30 before the services. Online condolences may be sent by visiting kendallfuneralhome.com.
