Edward Michael Suroski, IV of Pembroke, departed this life Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke following an accidental fall from an automobile. He was born in Radford on August 11, 1995 and was entering his Junior Year at Giles High School.

He is the grandson of the late Eddie and Virginia Suroski.

He leaves to cherish his memory his father Edward Michael Suroski, III of Pembroke; his mother and step-father Tammy Kerr and Michael Parkinson of High Point, NC; his sister Sara Suroski of Pembroke; his nephew Jonathan Robert Dollman, Jr.; his maternal grandparents Gary and Shelby Kerr of Eggleston ; his aunts and uncles Pamela and Carl Suroski, Tina Frith (Ken), Kathy Suroski, Ruth Meade (Garland), Danny Suroski (Samantha), and a host of cousins and good friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11:00 am in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke with burial following in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg.
