Eric Todd Whitlow, 42, of Pearisburg, and formerly of Princeton, WV, suddenly departed this life Saturday afternoon, December 24, 2011 at his home. Born in Maryland and raised in Princeton, he was a son of the late John Boyd and Shelby Howerton Whitlow. A easy friend to everyone who knew him, and helpful to all he leaves a big hole in the lives of all who knew him. He was employed in security for Southern Exposure in Princeton. A brother, Joseph Allen Whitlow, preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Cynthia Asbury Whitlow; his sons Eric Todd Whitlow, II, John Allen Whitlow, and Alonzo Alexander Whitlow (Lonnie) all of Pearisburg and Thomas Ray Brown of Alabama; a brother John Boyd Whitlow, Jr. (Jay) of Princeton; and a sister Kim Thomas of Pearisburg.

Memorial services will be conducted Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 1:00 pm in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke with The Rev. Joyce Tedder of the Princeton Pentecostal Revival Center officiating. Following his expressed wishes Eric's body has been cremated. On line condolences may be sent by visiting kendallfuneralhome.com.
