Faith Bernette Burnette, 53, of Thaxton departed this life Tuesday evening, March 17, 2015 at Lynchburg General Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Pearisburg on July 20, 1961, a daughter of the late Wade and Margaret Shepherd Fink.

She is survived by her sisters Margarette Ryder Snow of Thaxton and Etta Mae Ryder Johnston of Eggleston.
