Fannie Lee Ratcliffe, 68, of Rich Creek, VA, departed this life and entered the gates of heaven on Saturday, November 23, 2019, after a courageous battle with liver disease. Fannie was born in Narrows, VA on January 26, 1951 and was retired from Heritage Hall in Rich Creek. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Fannie lit up a room with her smile and touched the lives of everyone she met. She is preceded in death by her parents Mary and Ferrell Stables, her husband of 33 years Lewis Martin and her aunt/mother Patty Garrison.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Chasity Burgess and her grandson/partner in crime Cody Burgess, both of Rich Creek. Her companion of the last seven years Robert Pullen of Rich Creek. Her cousin/sister Mary Ann Varner and husband Wayne Varner of Bloomsburg, PA. Her loving cousins Brian and Tammy Cope and Barbara Titus, all of Bloomsburg, PA.
