Frances Nicole Spears, 44, of Staffordsville, passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 at the Culpepper Medical Center. Frances was born In Alabama on October 20, 1976 to Samuel and Linda Grubbs Spears. Frances is preceded in death by her father and her twin sons, David and Daniel Spears.

Mrs. Spears is survived by her children, Madyson Spears and wife, Breanna of Pembroke and Mercedes Spears and finance, Joshua of Staffordsville. She is also survived by her siblings, Rusty Spears and Connie Spears.
