Funeral services for Frank Gale Blevins, 75, of Ripplemead, VA will be conducted, Sunday, January 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm in The Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St. Pembroke, VA. Gale was born in Pearisburg on January 8, 1944, a son of the late Harry Lee and Gladys Morris Blevins of Ripplemead, and departed this life Thursday morning, January 17, 2019 at Lewis-Gale Medical Center in Salem. He was a 1962 graduate of Giles High School and was retired from VDOT as a supervisor with over twenty years of service. A brother, Mickey Blevins, and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frankie and Dorothy Snider also preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife of forty- seven years, Sandra Snider Blevins; his son and daughter-in-law Dane and Janette Blevins of Pembroke; his granddaughters Bridgette and Abigail Blevins; his brother and sister-in-law G R and Patricia Blevins of Roanoke; his sister and brother-in-law Robena and CE Hughes of Radford; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Lacy and Chris Snider of Pembroke; his sister-in-law Alma Blevins of Pearisburg; and several beloved neices and nephews.
