Frank V. Mullins, Sr. 93 of Narrows, passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2020 at Giles Memorial Hospital. Mr. Mullins was born in Narrows on November 4, 1927 to the late Frank Bruce and Lena Conley Mullins. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Edna Pyles Mullins, his sons, Frankie D. Mullins and Frank V. Mullins, Jr., 3 Brothers and 4 Sisters also precede him in death.

Mr. Mullins is survived by his children, Donald Wayne (Donnie) Mullins of Narrows, Teresa Perdue and husband, Jeffrey of Narrows, Sharon Ortiz and husband, Marcos of Narrows, and Barbara Herandez and husband, Freddy of Narrows. He is also survived by his brother, Charlie Mullins and wife, Christine of Narrows, 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the Fairview Cemetery in Narrows with Pastor Paul Terry and Pastor Lee Martin Officiating.
