Gay Wray Stafford, 80, born March 20, 1940, passed away peacefully and into the arms of her Savior on April 27, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Dean Stafford. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Wray Grady and husband, Benjamin McKinley Grady, Sr.; son, Michael Vaden Wray; grandson, Benjamin McKinley Grady, Jr.; sisters, Edna Hodges, Fay Wilson, Barbara Shepherd; brothers, Randolph Vaden, Lonnie Vaden; and other cherished family members. Gay was an active member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, a multi-talented artist, and an avid gardener. She loved her Savior, family, and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who know and love her. All services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, ASPCA, Wounded Warrior Project, or any charity of your choice.
