Irma Dean Eppling, 63, of Pembroke, departed this life Saturday morning, December 8, 2012 at Carilion Giles Community Hospital in Pearisburg. Born in Pearisburg on April 12, 1949 she was a daughter of the late John H. and Vivian Merrix Collins. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 45 years Monte Eppling; her son Frankie L. Eppling of Arlington; her daughter and son-in-law Melissa and Anthony Austin of Wytheville; her grandchildren Amber Nicole Eppling and Aaron Austin; her sisters Jean Ratcliff, Charlene McCrkoskey, Rose Darnell, Joann Darnell; and her brothers John Collins, Billy Collins ,Bobby Martin.

A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday at 7:00 pm at the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 7 pm before the service. Online condolences may be sent by visiting kendallfuneralhome.com.
