Isaac Henry Green, 80, of Sunny Ridge in Pearisburg died Tuesday October 4, 2005 at Pulaski Health and Rehab Center. Born at Norcross in Giles Co. on June 9, 1925 he was a son of the late Leslie William and Alice Fields Green. He was a veteran of the U S Army, retired from National Gypsum Co. and A P Green Lime Co with over thirty years service and was a member of Riverview Baptist Church in Ripplemead since 1984. He was preceded in death by a son Mike F. Green, six brothers and five sisters.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Barbara Moye Green; three sons Richard and wife Rita Green of Pearisburg, Joe and wife Debbie Green of Pearisburg, Keith Worrell of Pembroke; a daughter Rebecca Jean Worrell of Pembroke; two brothers Vivian "Buck" Green of Narrows, Leslie Green of Blacksburg; two sisters Marcella "Ann" Breeden of Eggleston, Nellie Jarrells of Bedford; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; special friends Joseph Carper of Pembroke and Dani Bryant of Pembroke, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:00 PM at Riverview Baptist Church in Ripplemead with Pastor Shahn Wilburn officiating. Burial will follow in Angels Rest Memory Gardens at Narrows. The family will receive friends at the Kendall Funeral Home at 605 Snidow St. in Pembroke Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM. Graveside military rites will be performed by Giles County American Legion and VFW Posts.
