James "Jamie" Wesley Keffer, 45 of Blacksburg, VA., passed away on April 28, 2021 at his home. Jamie was born in Giles County to Joseph Allen Keffer, Sr. and Patty Lou McKinney Flinchum.

Jamie is survived by his parents and his siblings, Joseph Allen Keffer, Jr., and Angela McCroskey. He is also survived by his niece, Kaitlyn McCroskey and nephew, Dillon McCroskey.
