Jayden Scott Simerly, one month old beloved son and angel of Scott Ernest and Bettina Brown Simerly of Hoge Ave. in Pembroke departed this life Sunday afternoon, March 2, 2008, at UVA Hospital in Charlottesville. He was born in Roanoke on February 2, 2008. Jayden leaves to cherish and love his memory his parents; his paternal grandparents Sandra Simerly Shepherd and Lee of Ripplemead, Ernest Simerly and Patty of Pearisburg; maternal grandparents Dennis and Jo Anna Brown of Pembroke; aunts and uncles Angie and Ricky Lang of Ripplemead, Dennis and Melissa Brown of Beckley, WV; cousins Logan Brown, Nicole Brown, Sarah Lang, Rachael Lang, and Chad Smith. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday morning at 11:00 AM in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel at 605 Snidow St. in Pembroke with burial following in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg.
