Jimmy Lee Myers "Yogi", 76, of Big Stony Creek in Giles County departed this life Tuesday morning, January 30, 2018 at Heritage Hall in Rich Creek. Born in Craig County on November 5, 1941, he was a son of the late Levi Everett and Irene Annabelle Kanode Myers. He had been employed as warehouse manager for Virginia Mt Housing, was a U S Army veteran and a member of the Pearisburg Moose Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers James Myers and Billy Myers and his sisters Dolly Mae Myers and Louise Huffman and her husband Kenneth.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son and daughter-in-law Franklin Lee Myers, Sr. and Crystal of Pembroke; his daughters and son-in-law Annette M Horton and Terry of Pembroke and Amanda Susan Myers of Charlotte, NC; his brother Johnny Myers of Johns Creek; his grandchildren Franklin Lee Myers, Jr. "Bubby", Andrea Kast, Kory Stephen Wilson, and Megan Myers; his great-grandchildren Ryleigh Grace Miller and Madilyn Grace Myers.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke with burial following in the Myers Family Cemetery on Johns Creek in Craig Co.
