Johnny Sanford Blair, 62, of Rich Creek (Heritage Hall) and formerly of Hoges Chapel departed this life Sunday morning, September 17, 2017 at Carilion Giles Community Hospital in Pearisburg. He was born in Tennessee on December 3, 1954, a son of the late Sanford and Marie Blair. He is survived by several siblings and cousins. He had been employed as a roofer in the home construction business.
