Judith Ann Tatar, 71, of Wolf St., Narrows, departed this life Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center in Christiansburg. Born in Chicago, Illinois on October 24, 1941 she was a daughter of the late Lewis J. and Margaret Stellan Legters.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children Leslie Buffo of Plainfield, Illinois and Micah Tatar of Narrows, and her brother Jerry Legters of New Mexico.
