Kenneth James Heath, 45 of Pearisburg, VA departed this life suddenly at his home on June 26, 2022.  Born in Shelby, NC on June 15, 1977 he was a son of Don and Becky Sharpe Heath.

Kent was an avid Tarheel, having graduated from UNC with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.  Throughout his life he was an Eagle Scout in Troop 125; a member of the fraternity, Sigma Nu; and enjoyed watching Formula 1, This Old House, and cooking shows. By faith, Kent was Methodist.

Left to cherish his memory to their hearts are his parents, Don and Becky Heath of Forest City, North Carolina; wife, Cindy Heath of Pearisburg; daughter, Laney Heath of Pearisburg; brother, Kevin Heath (Patti) of Winston-Salem, NC; and sister, Karin Hodges (Jim) of Creedmoor, NC.

There will be a celebration of life conducted on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at 12:00 PM in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel.  Family will receive friends in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM.  While flowers are appreciated, the family suggests in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Boy Scouts of America; a local food pantry; or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.  A guestbook is available for sending condolences by visiting www.kendallfuneralhome.com .  The staff of Kendall Funeral Home are honored to serve the Heath Family.
