Lida Virginia Brumfield, 99, of Pembroke, departed this life Friday morning, March 26, 2010 at Riverview Nursing Home in Rich Creek. Born in Pembroke on July 2, 1910, she was a daughter of the late Harvey P. and Annie Poff Brumfield. She was a member of Pembroke Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her brothers Raymond, Lorinza, and Courtland Brumfield and sisters Alma Mills, and Louadda Quesenberry.

She leaves to cherish her memory several devoted nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 3:00 PM in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke with burial following in the Mt Lebanon Church Cemetery at Hoges Chapel.
