Lillian "Tootsie" Litchford Keffer, 91 of Pembroke departed this life Thursday, November 24, 2022 in her home.  Born in Giles County on March 16, 1931 she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Ida Meredith Litchford.

In addition to her parents Tootsie is preceded in death by a brother, Robert Edward Litchford; sisters, Lucille "Jake" Vest, and Doree Huffmaster; and daughter-in-law, Carolyn Keffer.

Left to cherish her memory to their hearts are her daughter, Jennifer Tickle of Pembroke; and son, Steve Keffer of Texas.

There will be a graveside service conducted on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 1:00 PM in Birchlawn Burial Park with Pastor Eddie Kendall officiating.  A guestbook is available by visiting www.kendallfuneralhome.com .  The staff of Kendall Funeral Home are honored to serve the Keffer Family.
