Linda Lou Calfee Green, 71 of Newport, VA departed this life May 22, 2023 in the care of Carilion New River Valley Medical Center.  Born in Welch, WV on October 27, 1951 she was a daughter of the late Everett Calfee and Elizabeth Milam Calfee.

Linda was proud of the family she built through the years.  She loved spending time with all of her family, and enjoyed camping.  She also loved to share her Pentecostal faith with others.

In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Green; son, Timothy Burke; daughter, Emily Duncan Green; and grandson, Harold "Little Joe" Brown III; half-sister, Vicky Cooper; and half-brother, Earl Mitchell.

Left to cherish her memory to their hearts are her sons, Jim Green (Sandra) of Florida, and Justin Green of Pembroke; daughters, Christina Green (Larry Smith) of Radford, VA, and Lisa Burke of Pembroke; a grandchild, Armani Brown; great-grandchild, Jace Green; Brother, Bobby Calfee (Nancy) of Radford, VA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
