Loretta Lee Farewell, 79 of Las Cruces, New Mexico, departed this life on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at her home. Born in The Green Valley section of Eggleston, Virginia on February 14, 1934, she was a daughter of the late John Robert and Elsie Mae Deck Burton. She was a 1953 graduate of Pearisburg High School and a beloved homemaker and mother. She was preceded in death by her husband Frederick L. Farewell, and leaves to cherish her memory her devoted and beloved daughter, Vivian Farewell of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Burial was private in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg.
