Marcia Lynn Osborne, 63 of Pembroke, VA departed this life December 1, 2021 in the care of her family.  Born June 9, 1958, in France she was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Mary Poteet Osborne.

Marcia was a devout Christian, and practiced her faith as a member of the Glen Lyn Church of Christ and Bethel Chapel. For a time in her life, Marcia was a practitioner of the Nursing profession.

She is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Dennis Button.

Left to cherish her memory to their hearts are her daughter, Courtney Burleson (Daniel) of Pembroke; a brother, Michael Button (Karen) of Denver, CO; sister, Pam Raines of Pembroke; grandchildren, Felicia Merrix, Haileigh Osborne, Gunnar Merrix, Danielle Burleson and Fiancé Trey Smith; a great-grandson, Elijah Robertson; a special niece Kelly Mertz (Michael); special nephew, Kenny Osborne (Rebecca); and  special friends, Joan Burleson, and Mary Kay.

There will be a Celebration of the Life and Remembrance for Marcia conducted Sunday, December 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eddie Kendall officiating.  Family will receive friends in the Chapel from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
