Margaret Loraine Cawley, 91 of Pembroke, VA departed this life July 13, 2023 in the care of her daughters in Glenville, PA.  Born in Narrows, VA, she was the daughter of the late James and Mable Frazier.02

She was a homemaker and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and playing Scrabble and spending time with friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Boyd Curtis Palmer and her only son Lloyd Curtis Palmer.  Also, by her late husband Edward Franklin Cawley; sisters, Evelyn Sifford, Betty Sifford & Sue Jones; brothers, Arnold Frazier and Marvin Frazier; stepson Franklin Cawley.

Left to cherish her memory to their hearts are his daughters, Ingrid Davis (Harry) of Mt. Airy, MD; Carol Iverson of Glenville, PA; brother, Frankie Frazier; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; stepchildren Curtis Cawley (Anita) of Poquoson, VA; Debra Daughtry of Hampton, VA, and Connie Hotaling (Bob) of Yorktown, VA.

The family will receive friends July 19, 2023 at Kendall Funeral Home from 11:00 -12:00.  Funeral services will follow immediately at Kendall Funeral Home with Pastors Mike Mitchener and Terry Easter officiating.  Funeral services will conclude in the Sunrise Cemetery in Rich Creek, VA.  A guestbook is available to send condolences by visiting www.kendallfuneralhome.com.  The staff of Kendall Funeral Home are honored to serve the Cawley Family.
