Marie Elsie Fisher, 94, of Pearisburg departed this life Monday June 4, 2007 at Riverview Nursing Home in Rich Creek. Born in Frederickstown, Missouri on April 27, 1913 she was a daughter of the late Tom and Lula Cook Lee. She was retired from her work in the banking business and was a Baptist by faith. She was preceded in death by her husband John Fisher.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son Charles L. Dotson of Pearisburg; two grandchildren Paul and Ruth ; seven grandchildren; two great-great- grandchildren; two sisters Agnes Gillam of Texas and Frienda "Jerri" Dotson of Missouri.

Graveside services will be conducted Thursday at 11:00 AM in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg. The family will receive friends at the Kendall Funeral Home at 605 Snidow St. in Pembroke Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 PM. Online condolences may be sent by visiting kendallfuneralhome.com.
