Marshall Shannon Brugh, 42, of Pembroke departed this life Monday evening, August 4, 2008 at Friendship Health and Rehabilitation in Roanoke. Born in Martinsville on August 25, 1965, he is a son of Howard G. Brugh of Pembroke and the late Joy Martin Burgh. He earned his living as a skilled brick mason. Marshall was preceded in death by his mother, a brother Cullen Scott Brugh, and a sister Kimberly D. Brugh.

He leaves to cherish his memory his father, his twin brother Martin Sean Brugh of Pembroke, his daughter Harley Brugh of Pembroke, his son Davidson Brugh of Pembroke; and a host of friends and relatives.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 2:00 PM in the Fillinger Cemetery at Pembroke. The family will receive friends at the Kendall Funeral Home at 605 Snidow St. in Pembroke Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM. Online condolences may be sent by visiting kendallfuneralhome.com
