Marvin Lee Moser, 59, of Hardy, VA departed this life Thursday morning, February 21, 2019 at his home after a long illness. Born in Pearisburg, VA on February 28, 1959, he was a son of the late Alton Lee Moser and Loretta Walkup Moser Howell of Hardy. He was employed as a skilled carpenter. He was preceded in death by his father, his beloved wife Vicki Lee Gustafson Moser, and his step-father Mearl Howell.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted mother and caregiver Loretta Walkup Moser, Howell; his brothers Barry Wayne Moser (Jackie) of Auburndale, FL and Allen Rader Moser (Carol) of Vinton, VA; aunts and uncles Patty Dempsey, Caroll Morris, Bonnie Moser, Eddie Moser, and Jerry Moser; cousins Michael Walkup (Delbbie), Daniel Walkup (Carolyn), Thomas Hudson (Sherrie), Crystal Housman (Jeff), James Elmore, and Daniel Schantz; his faithful dog "Memo" and a host of good friends.
