Maxine Sheppard Jude, 76, of Pembroke, VA, departed this life Wednesday evening September 17, 2014 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. Born in Mingo County, WV on March 13, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Sidney and Garnell Goodwin Sheppard. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jessie Jude and her daughter Jacqueline Shipp.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Melisa Jude of Tipton, MI and Eunice Haywood and her husband Darnell of Oak Vale, WV; her son Earl and Cecilie Jude of Pembroke; her brother Howard Sheppard of Kopperston, WV; her sisters Darlene Walker Murphy of Kopperston, WV and Debbie Hannah of Kopperston, WV; and her four beloved grandchildren.
