Captain Michael Raymond Kelley (Ret. U S Coast Guard), 54, of Elliston and Palm Harbor, Florida departed this life Wednesday morning, September 17, 2014 at the home in Elliston. Born in Roanoke, VA on July 26, 1960, he was the son of Joyce Moses Kelley of Elliston and the late Rev. Raymond S. Kelley.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Joyce M. Kelley of Elliston; his wife Joanne M. Kelley of Palm Harbor, Florida; his son Chase Kelley of Boston, MA; his daughters Rowan Kelley of Palm Harbor, FL and Brittany and her husband Chris Nahman of Los Angeles, CA; and his sister and brother-in-law Shirley and Paul McDonald of Lawrenceville, GA
