Nancy Lee Sadler, aged 80 gained her Heavenly wings on September 3, 2026 at Lewis Gale Montgomery Hospital in Blacksburg, Virginia.
She was born in Sylvatis, Virginia to James Semones and Norma Phillips. She was a graduate of Hillsville High School. During this journey of life she worked many places which she met her future husband, Larry Sadler at Lee's Carpets and married in 1973. They settled down in Giles County, Virginia. She worked at Dairy Queen, Virginian Restaurant, Friends and Family Restaurant, and her last job was with Burger King. Nancy met a lot of friends along the way that she cared about and adored. Nancy was the most hard headed and stubborn woman that we have ever met, needless to say she was also the most loveable. No matter where she was or where she lived so many people loved and cared for her. She had a heart of gold and always had a lot of crazy stories to tell about her adventures.
Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Sadler; her parents, James Semones and Norma Phillips Semones; brothers, Clinton Semones, Glenn Semones and Timmy Semones; sisters, Wanda Luper and Pauline Mondloch; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Carolyn Burton, Linda Semones, JC Luper, and John Mondloch.
She leaves to cherish her memories to her son, Stephen (Billie) Sadler; her daughter, Stephanie (Neal) Perdue; grandchildren, Lindsey Sadler, Tommy Sadler, Jennifer Pennington (Jeremy), Ronnie Paul Lang (Melanie), and Amber Neice (Adam); her great-grandchildren, Braxton Pennington, Kenzie Pennington, Skylynn Fletcher, Scarlett Thorne, Tracey Lang, Ronald Lang, Shaelynn Wilson, and Alexis Wilson; brother and sisters; Rodney Semones (Fran), Brenda Spicer (Rex), and Ann Worrell (Randy); brother-in-law, Joey Sadler (Debbie); sister-in-law, Debbie Anderson; and many nieces and nephews that Nancy loved dearly. Nancy loved everyone she came in contact with.
