NORMA JEAN IMEL, 88, of W. Main St. in Dublin, VA departed this life at her home in the loving care of her companion and hospice on Thursday, December 29, 2016. Born in Greencastle, Indiana on July 19, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Robert Ziegelnan, Sr. and Gertrude France Ziegelnan. With her sharp personality and good looks she made an excellent Executive Secretary for the Marion County Clerks Office. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Lloyd Imel, and her sons Stephen and Danny Imel.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted and loving companion of 36 years Benny Cress of Dublin; her sisters Betty Cline and her husband Richard "Jody" of Belle Union, IN; her brothers Robert Ziegelnan Jr. and his wife Elinor of Indianapolis, IN and Billy Ziegelnan and his wife Estell of Greencastle, IN and all her loving friends and relatives who remember her goodness to them.
