Patricia Darlene Lawson, 68 of Rich Creek, VA departed this life December 30, 2020 under the care of Carilion Giles Community Hospital. Born December 9, 1952, she was a daughter of the late Reedy Frye and Mildred Irene Kast Frye.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, LeRoy Lawson; a son, Jerry Curtis Scott Jr; and a sister, Dreama Frye Lester.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Chadwick Scott of Rich Creek, and Brian Scott of Rich Creek; grandchildren, Shane Scott, Ty Scott, Adam Scott, and Emily Scott; and brothers, Lewis Frye and Junior Frye.
