PATRICIA STARR ROARK, 51, of Pembroke, departed this life Monday morning, February 20, 2017 while visiting her brother in Princeton, WV. Born in Princeton on February 1, 1966 she was a daughter of the late Bobby Smith and Geraldine Parker Smith Fernandez.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son James Roark II of Pembroke; her daughters Angela R. Williams and her husband Shane of Pearisburg, and Jami Roark of Pembroke; her grandchildren Secret Williams, Ava Williams, Samual Letchford, Starrlett Roark and Lucius Roark; and her step-son James Wayne Roark of Pembroke.
