Patsy Ann Spicer, of Curve Road, Pearisburg, departed this life Wednesday evening, November 12, 2014, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke. Born in Pulaski on December 24, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Gladys Sexton Henley. Patsy was a caregiver of the aged and expressed her Christian Faith as a member of Faith Temple Pentecostal Holiness Church in Pearisburg. She was a 1965 graduate of Pulaski High School.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son Mike Spicer of Pearisburg; her daughter Michelle Spicer of Salem; her sister Tiny Henley; and her grandchildren Megan Spicer, Justin Chapman, and Trinity Harris.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Faith Temple Pentecostal Holiness Church in Pearisburg with Pastor The Rev. Debbie Hutton and The Rev. Dennis Haga officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery at Narrows. The family will receive friends at the church Friday evening from 6 until 8 pm.
