Paul Matthew Snider, 41, of Rich Creek, departed this life Sunday May 6, 2007 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke after a long illness. Born in Pearisburg on March 10, 1966 he was a son of the late Nancy Louise Saunders Snider and Emory Lee "Blackie" Snider. He was disabled from Pulaski Furniture. His parents, a brother Barry Snider, and a sister Lee Ann Page preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory two sons Tyler Snider of Salem, Austin Snider of Lewisburg, WV; a daughter Tiffany Snider of Bozoo, WV; two brothers Barney Snider and Anthony Snider of Rich Creek, two sisters Tammy Bryant of Peterstown, WV and Lynn Barlow of Pearisburg; three step-brothers Frankie, David, and Eugene Blankenbecker.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 PM in The Kendall Funeral Home Chapel at 605 Snidow St. in Pembroke. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 PM. Burial of his cremated remains will be private, at a later date.
