Phyllis Irene Neice, 82 of Narrows, VA departed this life on June 16, 2022 in the care of her family.  She was born on June 24, 1939 in Radford, VA she was a daughter of the late Frank and Kate Duncan Price.

Phyllis served as a custodian for Montgomery County Public Schools and enjoyed watching her birds, tending to her flowers, and singing gospel songs.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughters, Lisa Brumfield, and Stephanie Campbell; a grandson, Paul Clark; sister Dorothy Yearout; and brothers, Harley Price, Temple Price, and Jerry Lee Price.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her beloved husband of 54 years, Eugene Neice; Children, Paul Price, Tammy Reece, and Angel Ratcliffe; a sister, Joann Reed; a special grandson, Richard Ratcliffe III; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and three special people she held near her heart, Brother Jerry Shepherd that she served the Lord with for years, Laura Vest, and Jeffrey Clark.

There will be no services held at this time as was her request.
