Robert Andrew Fisher "Buddy", 84 of Rich Creek, VA departed this life December 17, 2021 in the care of Heritage Hall-Rich Creek.  Born in Narrows, Virginia on October 6, 1937, he was a son of the late Virgil and Claudine Dent Fisher.

Buddy spent his life in service to his country as a Marine.  Later he would serve his community as the delivery man for over 40 years for Narrows Flower and Gift.

Buddy is preceded in death by his parents; wife Imogene Gross Fisher; sons, Jeff Fisher, and Robert Fisher Jr; daughter, Baby Emogene; and siblings, Squirrel Fisher, Hazel Gardner, and Charlotte Fisher.

Left to cherish his memory to their hearts are his grandchildren, Jeffery Fisher, Sadie Quesinberry, and Jordan Fisher; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Bonny Ivey (JL), and Cathy Conley; and his adopted family, Cindy and Leon Light.

There will be a funeral service held Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Kendall Funeral Home with Eddie Kendall officiating.  Services will conclude in the Anderson Cemetery with Military Honors. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel.
