Romona Denise King Taylor, 50 of Pembroke, VA departed this life November 10. 2020 in the care of Carilion Giles Community Hospital. Born September 1, 1970, she is the daughter of Joann Carper and the late Robert Trussell.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Joann Carper; step father, Reverend Fred Carper; a daughter, Onesha Trigg of Charlotte, NC; sons, David Trigg of Roanoke, Jordan Seaward of Charlestown, WV, and Shon Seaward of Pearisburg, VA; a host of grandchildren; brothers, Gregory King (Dreama) of Richmond, Leon King (Vicki Smith) of Pembroke; and Tony King of Pembroke; half-brothers, Doug, Rodney, Joseph, and Lawrence Trussell, a half-sister, Mary Trussell; a step brother, Doug Carper; a step sister Missy Carper, Neon Jenkins, Uncle, Donnie King; special Uncle Billy King; special great uncle Jim Summers; a special companion, Timmy Chapman; friend, Robin; and best friends/sister's at heart, Heidi and Dana Jones

There will be a funeral service conducted Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Fred Carper officiating.
