Ronald Lee Dickerson, 61, of Huffman Drive, Pearisburg, departed this life Wednesday evening, March 30, 2016 at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center in Radford. Born in Radford on March 2, 1955, he was a son of the late Marvin Roosevelt Dickerson and Elsie Caldwell Dickerson Woodyard. He had been employed as a glass technician in the auto glass repair business, and enjoyed tooling around in his antique car and riding his Harley. His parents and a sister Barbara Gillenwater Allen preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted companion of many years Debbie Tawney Nance of Pearisburg; his daughter Candice Roberts and her husband Travis of Shawsville; his brother Jimmie Dickerson of Draper; his sisters and husbands Doris Dickerson and Lee Cochran of Christiansburg and Susan and Ronald Higgs of Blacksburg; his grandson Ryder Roberts, his special cousins JR and Lisa Dickerson and his special dog Ginger.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 pm in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St. in Pembroke with Pastors Fred Hartman and Wayne Linkous officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours before the service. A graveside service will be conducted Monday April 4, 2016 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens at Christiansburg.
