Sharon Lois Downing, 72 of Pearisburg departed this life Monday, July 13, 2020 with the care and love of her family. Born September 18, 1947, in Toledo, Ohio she is a daughter of Thomas and Millicent Quinlan Woerner.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Gracine Morrison.

Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Lieha Butcher (Scott Manhart), and Shari Dailey (Martin); a brother, Alfred Woerner; sister, Kathy Mathews; grandchildren, Heather Day (Tommy), Cory Butcher, Jacob Butcher, Abigale Butcher, Tiffany Kohlhofer, Emalee Arnold (Justin), Martin Daily Jr, Drake Dailey, Austin (Stephanie) Manhart, and Avery Manhart; Great-grandchildren, Samuel, Isabel, Jaylin, and Easton, and many nephews and neices.
