Shirley Ann Ratcliff, 63 of Pembroke, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at her home. Mrs. Ratcliff was born in Giles County on January 12, 1957 to the late Raymond and Isabell Lang Whittaker. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Ratcliffe, Sr. and her siblings, Robert Lee Whittaker, Bo Bo "JR" Whittaker, Mary Helen Martin and Betty Ann.

Shirley is survived by her sons, James E. Ratcliff and Kenneth D. Ratcliffe both of Pembroke. She is also survived by her siblings, Truman B. Whittaker of Pembroke, Roger Whittaker of Pembroke, Frances Snider of Rich Creek and Marie Fisher.

There will be a memorial service held Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel. The family has ask in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Kendall Funeral Home for final expenses. There will be a guestbook available by visiting www.kendallfuneralhome.com.
