Stephanie Jo Elliott, 45, of Narrows, VA departed this life Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at UVA Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA after a sudden illness. Born in Covington, VA on November 23, 1967 she was a daughter of Larry Joe and Joyce Lee Persinger Bolt of White Sulphur Springs, WV. Stephanie was employed as an X-Ray Technician at Lewis-Gale Montgomery Hospital in Blacksburg, was a graduate of Greenbrier East High School, where she excelled in basketball and track, and Bluefield State College. She grew up a member of First Presbyterian Church in White Sulphur Springs, WV and most recently attended Bethel Chapel in Narrows, Va. She was an active member of the Giles Rescue Squad and worked very hard for the Relay For Life effort.

She leaves to cherish her memory her parents; her sons Caleb and Devin Elliott; her brothers Wayne and Michael Bolt and her nieces Madison and Rylee Bolt.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 6:00 pm in Bethel Chapel at Clendennin near Narrows, Va. The family will receive friends at the church from 4 until 6 pm before the services.

The family will also receive friends from 10am until 12 noon at the Whatcoat United Methodist Church in White Sulphur Springs, WV Saturday morning. A graveside service will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in White Sulphur Springs, WV. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Giles County Relay for Life, in care of Erika Tolbert, 2840 Electric Road Suite 106, Roanoke, VA 24018.
